Searching and researching the Alsweiler surname.

• http://aft.ancestry.com/ This is a free family software package for the PC. It does however have links to search ancestry.com. The software however is free and is what I am now trialing having jumped over to the PC system. It works well if at times feels a little cumbersome.
• http://www.ics.uci.edu/~eppstein/gene/ This is a free family software package for the Mac. This one I used to start my research.
